Ordering:
Please download order form and send via email, or contact Eloise Cosmetics direct. Payment, Delivery and Postal Charges will be made upon receipt of email order. Eloise Cosmetics reserves the right to accept or decline any order in whole or in part. Many items in our inventory move quickly and occasionally we are out of stock of some items. It is our policy not to backorder merchandise.
Until full payment is made for goods:
Title to the goods will not pass to you;
you hold the goods as bailee of Eloise Cosmetics;

Damages:
Damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
In the unlikely event that you should receive a package that has been opened or damaged, use the following procedure:
Save the original carton and all packaging material
Call Eloise Cosmetics immediately and inform of the damaged goods.
Do not send merchandise back without contacting Eloise Cosmetics as all returns without authorisation will be refused.

Payment:
Orders are forwarded upon receipt of payment. Please contact Eloise Cosmetics to organize payment option. In the event that a cheque is refused/returned for any reason, you will be charged a $25 fee.

Returns:
Eloise Cosmetics will accept returns of faulty goods as required by law. Eloise Cosmetics will not otherwise accept return of goods, unless authorized by Eloise Thorpe, owner, and goods are returned in original condition. All returns must be made within 7 days of invoice.
